Follow these three steps to setup the COMfortel 2500 for use with the TCI box:
Activate headset: ‘Menu’ - ‘functions’ - ‘headset’ - ‘activating’.
Enable DHSG: ‘Menu’ - ‘settings’ - ‘def. settings’ - ‘headset type’ - ‘DHSG headset’.
Enable headset ringer: ‘Menu’ - ‘settings’ - ‘signalling’ - ‘headset ringer’ - check in ‘activated’ and press the √ button.
Agfeo System Phone
ST21: Does not support DHSG.
ST40: Support for DHSG. No setup is needed.
