The microphone in our PC headsets uses a standard PC microphone interface and no drivers are needed for Windows. If your microphone output appears to be too low, please try out the following steps:

	See if the microphone is adjusted to a comfortable level and not set to mute - see Figure 1.
	Put the microphone volume to a higher level, if it does not seem to be high enough. Test it carefully now.
	If the volume is still not high enouth, test the headset on another computer.

If the microphone still does not appear to be working, return the headset to the place of purchase for servicing.
