We are dependent on the driver built into the Windows system and do not have a driver for the USB sound card.

The problem with driver recognition can be due to many things:

	Windows need to be updated or repaired - try to use a Windows update
	The driver conflicts with others USB devices - if using a USB hub try to connect directly to the USB port on the PC
	Virus and spy-ware - try using anti-virus / anti-spy-ware program

To determine whether our USB sound card chip is defect, please try it out on another computer. If it is really not working, please bring it to the store where you purchased it for service.
