The sound card chip in our PC USB headsets uses a standard Windows sound card driver and is installed automatically when it is plugged into a USB port on the PC. See Fig. 1 to 3.

Please note: some USB hubs do not work well together with our USB sound card chip, so please try to avoid using a USB hub.
