What should I do when I plug in my USB headset with sound card chip and Mac OS does not recognise the USB sound card?

We utilize the driver built in to the Mac OS and therefore do not have a driver for the USB sound card. There are several possible causes of problems with driver recognition:
Mac OS needs to be updated or repaired ? try to install the online Mac update
A driver conflict with others USB devices ? if using a USB hub, try to connect directly to the USB port on the computer
Virus and spy-ware ? try to use anti-virus and anti-spy-ware program

To see if our USB sound card is defect, please test it on another computer. If it still appears to be not working, please return it to the place of purchase for servicing.
