Plug both mobile units into the docking station and verify that the blue light in the center of the mobile units is constantly lit. If not please check the following:

1. Check that your wall power supply is installed to mains and the outlet is switched on
2. Check that the power supply connector is pressed correctly into the docking station
3. Check that the mobile units are pressed correctly into the docking station
