Why can't I hear any ringing tone in my BW 900 headset when somebody tries to call me?

The ringing tone is only transferred to your BW 900 headset, if you connect the base station through a TCI box (optional accessory) to a phone that is equipped with one of the interfaces:

The ringing tone is only transferred to your BW 900 headset, if you connect the base station is eqquiped with a HSL (optional accessory) that have learned and recognizeing the ringtone of the used office phone.
