Sennheiser Communications has signed up to the 2007 Member’s Choice Awards.

The Award program is organized by Contact Centre World - a global support organization that is offering support, education and information to contact centre professionals.

After winning the “Best in Headsets EMEA” in 2006, Sennheiser Communications has decided to re-enter and leave the judging to the large number of members and readers of the Contact Centre World publication.

  1. Voted Best In Class Customer Service for the overall winner of each category
  2. Voted First Class Customer Service for all entrants who score an average 8/10 or more by their customers
