| Neckband Headsets: Just What the Customer Ordered |
 |

Sennheiser Communications have launched their first neckband office and contact center headsets, called SH 333 and CC 513. The technical specifications of the two new professional headsets match the models SH 330 and CC 510, which have belonged to the company's original line up since their launch in 2003. The decision to offer neckband versions is based on reports by some customers, that this lighter style is most convenient and comfortable, especially when used for lengthy periods.

Anyone who makes frequent phone calls at work knows the benefits professional headsets offer. Especially when in constant long-term use, the user should barely notice wearing the headset. To cater for individual demands and many users' requests for greater comfort, Sennheiser now offers two models in its office headset range with flexible neckbands. For both models, the weight of the actual neckband itself is a mere 13 grams. The new headsets are hardly noticeable in everyday use. As a bonus for many, they don?t interfere with most hats or hairstyles.
According to the manufacturer, the new SH 333 is particularly suitable for day-to-day office use. Sennheiser also reports that their ActiveGard TM technology actively protects the user from sudden interference and unexpected extremes in volume. The built-in noise-cancelling microphone also prevents the call from being impaired by unwanted interference and nearby noises.
The new CC 513 is reported to be a real contact center specialist. To filter out the contact center specific voice and other noises, the CC 513 is equipped with an Ultra Noise Cancelling microphone. The ActiveGard TM technology automatically reduces excessive volume levels here as well.
