How can I ensure a Bluetooth connection for my headset?
Most Bluetooth mobile phones used today, feature both Bluetooth visibility-function and power-saving options within Bluetooth setup. The power-saving feature can cause the standard "page function" on Bluetooth to be de-activated, not allowing headsets to connect automatically and connection has to be done again manually from the device.
With a down graded radio performance of a Bluetooth device, it is important to disable all Bluetooth power saving features to ensure the connectivity of the headset. Or allow the headset to connect automatically if the connection has been lost which is controlled in the phone menu.
For users, this means that if the connection is momentarily lost it will not re-connect to the phone automatically because in most cases this is unwanted.
