Sennheiser Communications upgrade PC headset range for even better sound and comfort
Copenhagen, November 2008 - Sennheiser Communications introduces the second generation of their successful PC VoIP headsets – offering the best ever sound and the clearest VoIP internet phone calls in their price range.
For people entering the world of online communication all the headsets in the PC entry family are ideal for making VoIP calls. Each headset in the range features a noise-canceling microphone that reduces background noise and delivers excellent voice clarity. In all, four new upgrades are ready.
With a headband and a single ear-pad that fits over the left ear, the PC 21 and PC 26 USB allow users to make crystal clear VoIP calls and still keep one ear on the action going on around them.
The PC 31 and PC 36 USB headband headsets are also focussed on giving a clear VoIP experience. As well as delivering stereo sound quality that will appeal to music lovers and occasional gamers at a lower price-tag than dedicated music and gaming headsets. And the PC 36 USB’s in-built soundcard ensures great sound, whatever the PC.
“We’ve taken our popular PC VoIP headsets and made them even more appealing in time for the holiday season,” says Guido Karbautzki, Head of Sales and Marketing Communications at Sennheiser Communications. “We think users are going to love the comfort and sound quality of the new design. Now, they can enjoy a Sennheiser sound experience within the entry level price range, and make VoIP calls that sound clearer than ever.”
Using a built-in Sennheiser USB soundcard, the PC 26 and PC 36 USB headsets reproduce superb Sennheiser sound, totally independent of the PC’s own soundcard.
Launched in November, the upgraded PC VoIP range will soon be available online or from retailers.
